I have over a decade of training experience as a PT, I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals, from bodybuilding to ultra endurance and weight loss to injury recovery.
Health, fitness and wellbeing are my life and my physique and accomplishments speak volumes.
From bodybuilding competitions to ultra marathons and mountaineering, i have pushed myself through (what at times) i thought was impossible. There is nothing you cant achieve, if you have the right guidance...
